- Boxmaking by TAPPI -- This six page .pdf tells how corrugated sheet and boxes are made. TAPPI is the leading technical organization of the pulp, paper and converting industries.
- Phase box -- make one -- This three page .pdf gives plans for a "phase box" which is essentially a fold-up box for protecting books. It is from the Syracuse (NY) University Library, Department of Special Collections.
- Pillow boxes -- This four page .pdf tells how to make pillow boxes. You will have to refer to this "curvemaking report" (a 12 page .pdf) which has all sorts of information on generating curved surfaces by scoring cardstock.
