    . When that charge was made after we invaded, I
    thought it was ridiculous -- but now it looks like we have wiped out Saddam's
    control of the oil and are about ready to start "managing" the fields for the new
    government -- I wonder if they will have much say in the matter of what the
    split-of-income will be. There is a strong possibility that the current price of oil
    ($130 / barrel) has been rigged by the big financial players to benefit the US
