To be included here, there must be some element of competition and skill. Please comment on our definition of "sports" ("competitive, skillful endeavors with vigorous physical activity"). We made up this definition to differentiate our sports entries from entries you might find at "competition", "games", "fitness activities", "hobbies" or other activities that might include some, but not all elements of a "sport". For instance poker, chess and checkers are not included as sports because they do not have vigorous physical activity. "Jogging" is not included because it is not competitive, while "walking" is included because it is often competitive -- in fact, it is an Olympic sport.
